The Challenge

Our Carlsbad fire restoration team performed a full soot and smoke residue audit before touching any surface. We cleaned all affected walls, ceilings, and contents using dry chemical sponges followed by wet cleaning, replaced the damaged cabinetry and countertops, and deodorized the entire HVAC system using thermal fogging.
The Result

We replaced all HVAC ductwork, performed hydroxyl generator treatments room by room, and used thermal fogging in wall cavities. Soot cleaning proceeded surface by surface with documented sign-offs.
